Kate Bendall, Yoga Teacher and Owner of Temple Yoga started practicing yoga over 30 ago and hasnt stopped. Her greatest passion is introducing students to the deep practice of traditional Viniyoga. While they explore yoga poses and breathing practices, she encourages her students to gracefully accept their humanity, including their unique gifts and limitations; nudging them to grow into the recognition that there is nothing wrong here, they are just right exactly as they are.
She loves to offer all the tools of Yoga; asana, pranayama, mudra, bhanda, mantra and meditation in a way that students can learn and explore what tools work best for them.
She is passionate about inviting students to stop pushing their bodies and instead see what happens when they to listen to their bodies instead.
