Here are the January 2021 classes. These are a stand-alone set of classes as January is a funny month, some people are still away but some people are ready to start their Yoga. The proper term starts in February. New students are warmly welcome.
Fridays 9.30-10.30 am
These general classes focus on breath led asana.
There is some chanting also.
4 weeks Jan 8th-29th
A great class to slow down, reduce stress and reconnect.
30 mins movement, 30 mins breathing and meditation.
4 weeks Jan 10th-31st
The perfect way to get the practice, the theory, the breathing all sorted before term starts in Feb.
3 Tuesdays 7.15- 8 pm
Starts Jan12th- 26th
All you need to know to become confident and clear about how to practice Yoga wisely.In-person and online options.
